Processing. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your package in real time.
Delivery. Standard delivery within the United States takes 4 to 7 business days after processing. Orders are shipped with major carriers; the carrier is selected based on your delivery location for the fastest reliable service.
Free shipping. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
International shipping. We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays. While most orders arrive on schedule, carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, reach out through our Contact page and we will look into it right away.
Lost or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us through our Contact page and we will make it right.
