How it works.
- Your 30-day window begins on the day your order is delivered.
- Reach out through our Contact page with your order number.
- Our team will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will send a replacement.
Sale items. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for refund or return. If a sale item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
Exchanges. We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items. For all other concerns, the 30-Day Glow Guarantee has you covered.
