How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery within the United States takes 4 to 7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customs fees or duties, where applicable, are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
How do I get free shipping? US orders of $75 or more ship free.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders process quickly, but if you contact us right away through our Contact page we will do our best to catch it before it ships.
My tracking has not updated. What do I do? Carriers occasionally lag. If your tracking has not moved in more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

When does my 30 days start? The day your order is delivered.
What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement.

Are soona products made in Korea? Yes. Every soona product is formulated and made in Korea.
Are your products tested on animals? No. soona does not test on animals.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulas are developed to be gentle, fragrance free, and non comedogenic. If your skin is very reactive, we recommend a patch test on your inner arm before first use, and avoiding application on broken skin.
